These Messaging Terms & Conditions govern the SMS/text message programs operated by Volunteer Digital Ventures Inc. (d/b/a “VDV Updates”; “VDV Gold,” “we,” “us”).
1. Programs & description
We operate opt-in text programs including:
Account & business notifications (VDV Updates): operational alerts and business notifications sent to account holders and their authorized associates — for example, notifications about local sales leads or opportunities relevant to the recipient’s business, each of which may include a link to the referenced item and a suggested talking point.
Session & receipt notifications (PowerMine): confirmations of machine-time sessions, session start/stop with machine assignment, receipts, and reward notifications for customers who purchase machine time.
2. How you opt in (consent)
Account & business notifications: the account holder and each authorized associate provides their mobile number directly to us and affirmatively agrees, in person or by direct conversation, to receive these notifications. Opt-in is collected in person / by direct conversation, not through a website.
PowerMine session/receipt messages: you provide your mobile number at the point of sale/kiosk when purchasing machine time and affirmatively agree to receive session confirmations, receipts, and reward notifications for your purchase.
We do not send text messages to anyone who has not opted in. Consent to receive texts is not a condition of any purchase.
3. Message frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity and account events (for example, one or more messages per session or event).
4. Cost
Message and data rates may apply, per your mobile carrier plan. We do not charge for the messages themselves.
5. Opt out
Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe. You will receive one confirmation message and then no further messages. Reply START to opt back in.
6. Help

7. Supported carriers
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability.
8. Privacy
Your information is handled per our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share mobile numbers or SMS opt-in/consent data with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

We may update these terms; the “Last updated” date reflects the latest revision.
